Sumo Steaks is the soon-to-be home of North Philly's Own Philly Cheesesteak. Being built on the 22nd Street Corridor in the Allegheny area of Philadelphia, Sumo Steaks promises to bring together two of Philly's greatest loves; community and the cheesesteak.
